Pat Murray was my father-in-law and since my own dad died I tried to think of him as my second father. Little did I know that when I married Porick, 28 years ago, that Pat would still be around in 2009. Pat was funny in his own way. He was married to his wife Mai for 63 years and when she died I thought that Pat would not be long behind her but I was wrong. Pat had a great way with words and his memory was brilliant, he could tell us about when he worked in England in the 1930's. To me he was a great father, father-in-law and a brilliant grandfather.
